Refunds & Returns

  1. At RUBIO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with the products you have received, we offer a straightforward refund and return policy to ensure your peace of mind.
  2. Returns You may return any unused and unopened items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. Please note that we do not accept returns on items that have been used or are not in their original condition.
  3. Refunds Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  4. Non-Refundable Items Certain items are non-refundable and non-returnable. These include: Gift cards
    Items purchased on final sale
    Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
  5. Exchanges If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item as described above, and place a new order for the desired item. The new item will be shipped to you once the return is received and processed.
  6. Shipping Costs Shipping costs for returning an item are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, if applicable.
  7. How to Return an Item To return an item, please contact our customer service team at contact@rubioele.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item.
  8. Late or Missing Refunds If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@rubioele.com.
